On a recent road trip to Texas I made a few stops along the way and began this sketch project. The first stop was in Nashville, TN. As a country music fan, the Ryman Auditorium seemed like a good place to start. This sketch is a little stiff and the perspective vaninshing points are a little off. Modern Nashville has grown vertically around the Ryman with highrise buildings looming over the "birthplace of county music." It was a little difficult to find a place to sit for the sketch. Like I said I am still a little rusty....
